To validate your booking, we ask you to forward to us a 25% security deposit at least equivalent to the value of the first night.

In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 15 days prior to your arrival, half of the reservation amount is due.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 2 days prior to your arrival, the whole reservation amount is due.

Your booking is valid to acceptance of this clause.
